A suspect was shot through a drive through window as he tried to rob a fast food restaurant this past Saturday on May 26. NBC Channel 4 News in Los Angeles published a story about the incident.
The incident happened early Saturday morning on May 26. The unnamed 60-year-old suspect was robbing a Cozy Corner Drive-In in Santa Ana, CA, when an individual at the drive through window fired multiple times at the suspect.
The suspected robber was hit by the bullets. The suspect then fled the fast food restaurant. He collapsed near the restaurant.
Santa Ana Police transported the robbery suspect to a nearby hospital. The hospital treated the suspect for gunshot wounds. The individual that shot at the robbery suspect was alone in a silver sedan. Police are currently searching for the individual that shot the robbery suspect through the drive through window.
Santa Ana Police gave no further details about the incident.
