A homeowner in Floral City, Florida shot two intruders this past Monday on Nov. 20. Fox 13 published a story about the incident.
The homeowner, who lives in a camper, every day takes an afternoon nap. Just before 2:00 pm this past Monday, the homeowner woke to someone breaking into his camper. Per Citrus County deputies, the homeowner then left his bed to see two suspected home intruders, one inside the camper, and one outside the camper.
At that point, the victim shot both suspects. Citrus County deputies said that the incident is isolated. Both shot suspected intruders were airlifted to a hospital in Ocala. Deputies haven’t released the names of the suspects. They also haven’t released the suspects’ conditions.
Citrus County investigators said that they know there was some sort of disagreement between the two suspects and the napping victim. Investigators failed to release any more information.
No charges have yet been filed regarding this incident.
