A woman in Tulsa, Oklahoma shot her sister’s former partner in the stomach this past Monday on March 26. Tulsa World published a story about the incident on their website, TulsaWorld.com.
The incident happened on March 26 at an apartment complex in the 13000 block of East 30th St. Police Corporal Mike Hanley said that the intruder entered the apartment at around 5:20 pm. Although it’s not known what happened to cause the woman to shoot the man, she eventually did.
Per Corporal Hanley, the man and the woman’s sister had an ongoing dispute. The dispute had lasted for quite some time. Police had to go to the apartment due to a domestic disturbance earlier this month in March. Police didn’t arrest the man or the sister in regard to the earlier month visit.
Hanley said police weren’t sure why the man had gone to the apartment on March 26. Corporal Hanley stated that this shooting case will be forwarded to the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office.
